Casa Nyüngo Diriá it is a brand own by AEROHOLDING S.R.L, which has the rights to market the property described on the website. AEROHOLDING S.R.L does not own the house and all payments are made to AEROHOLDING S.R.L The legal owners of the house have no direct or indirect commercial, or financial relationship with the guest or some kind of responsability.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding legal agreement between you and AEROHOLDING S.R.L. that govern your right to use AEROHOLDING S.R.L, the websites, applications, and other offerings from AEROHOLDING S.R.L.
We maintain other terms and policies that supplement these Terms like our Privacy Policy, which describes our collection and use of personal data, and our Payments Terms, which govern any payment services provided to Members by the AEROHOLDING S.R.L payment entities.
Guest Terms
When you book AEROHOLDING S.R.L, you are agreeing to pay all charges for your booking including the Listing price, applicable fees like Casa’s service fee, offline fees, taxes, and any other items identified during checkout (collectively, “Total Price”). You are also agreeing that AEROHOLDING S.R.L may charge the Payment Method used to book the AEROHOLDING S.R.L in order to collect Damage Claim amounts. When you receive the booking confirmation, a contract for Host Services (a "Reservation") is formed directly between you and AEROHOLDING S.R.L. In addition to these Terms, you will be subject to, and responsible for complying with, all terms of the Reservation, including without limitation, the cancellation policy and any other rules, standards, policies, or requirements identified in the Listing or during checkout that apply to the Reservation. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules, standards, policies, and requirements prior to booking.
An Accommodation Reservation is a limited license to enter, occupy, and use the Accommodation. AEROHOLDING S.R.L retains the right to re-enter the Accommodation during your stay, to the extent: (i) it is reasonably necessary, (ii) permitted by your contract with AEROHOLDING S.R.L, and (iii) consistent with applicable law. If you stay past checkout, AEROHOLDING S.R.L has the right to make you leave in a manner consistent with applicable law, including by imposing reasonable overstay penalties. You may not exceed the maximum number of allowed Guests.
In general, if as a Guest you cancel a Reservation, the amount refunded to you is determined by the cancellation policy that applies to that Reservation. But, in certain situations, other policies take precedence and determine what amount is refunded to you. If something outside your control forces you to cancel a Reservation, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund under our Extenuating Circumstances Policy. y for details about what is covered, and what refund applies in each situation.
Guests and Hosts are responsible for any booking modifications they agree to make via the AEROHOLDING S.R.L or direct AEROHOLDING S.R.L customer service to make on their behalf ("Booking Modifications"), and agree to pay any additional amounts, fees, or taxes associated with any Booking Modification.
You are responsible and liable for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone you invite to join or provide access to any Accommodation, You are responsible for leaving an Accommodation (and related personal property) in the condition it was in when you arrived, (ii) you are responsible for paying all reasonable Damage Claim amounts necessary to cover damage that you, your guest(s), or your pet(s) cause to an Accommodation, and (iii) you must act with integrity, treat others with respect, and comply with applicable laws at all times. If you are booking for an additional guest who is a minor or if you bring a minor to a Host Service, you must be legally authorized to act on behalf of the minor and you are solely responsible for the supervision of that minor.
You acknowledge that many activities carry inherent risks and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you assume the entire risk arising out of your access to and use of the AEROHOLDING S.R.L property and any other services related, including your stay at any Accommodation, participation in any Tour, use of any other Concierge Service. This means it is your responsibility to investigate a AEROHOLDING S.R.L to determine whether it is suitable for you. For example, Casa Nyüngo Diriá may carry risk of illness, bodily injury, disability, or death, and you freely and willfully assume those risks by choosing to participate and booking.
AEROHOLDING S.R.L may charge fees (and applicable Taxes) to Guests for the right to use the property. Fee changes will not affect bookings made prior to the effective date of the fee change.
Neither AEROHOLDING S.R.L nor the owner of the property are responsible for an accident caused during their stay in the property, any danger of damage, illness, drowning or death is assumed fully by the guest and all the companions

Cuando reserva AEROHOLDING S.R.L, acepta pagar todos los cargos de su reserva, incluido el precio de listado, las tarifas aplicables como la tarifa de servicio de Casa, las tarifas fuera de línea, los impuestos y cualquier otro artículo identificado durante el pago (colectivamente, "Precio total"). También acepta que AEROHOLDING S.R.L puede cobrar el Método de pago utilizado para reservar AEROHOLDING S.R.L para cobrar los montos de Reclamación de daños. Cuando recibe la confirmación de la reserva, se forma un contrato de Servicios de Anfitrión (una "Reserva") directamente entre usted y AEROHOLDING S.R.L. AEROHOLDING S.R.L se reserva el derecho de reingresar al Alojamiento durante su estadía, en la medida en que: (i) sea razonablemente necesario, (ii) lo permita su contrato con AEROHOLDING S.R.L, y (iii) de conformidad con la ley aplicable. Si se queda más allá del check-out, AEROHOLDING S.R.L tiene el derecho de obligarlo a irse de una manera consistente con la ley aplicable, incluso mediante la imposición de sanciones razonables por exceder la estadía. No puede exceder el número máximo de Invitados permitidos.
En general, si como Huésped cancela una Reserva, el monto reembolsado se determina según la política de cancelación que se aplica a esa Reserva. Pero, en ciertas situaciones, otras políticas tienen prioridad y determinan qué cantidad se le reembolsa. Si algo fuera de su control lo obliga a cancelar una Reserva, puede ser elegible para un reembolso parcial o total según nuestra Política de Causas de Fuerza Mayor. y para obtener detalles sobre lo que está cubierto y qué reembolso se aplica en cada situación.
Los Huéspedes y los Anfitriones son responsables de cualquier modificación de la reserva que acuerden realizar a través de AEROHOLDING S.R.L o del servicio de atención al cliente directo de AEROHOLDING S.R.L ("Modificaciones de la reserva"), y aceptan pagar cualquier monto, cargo o impuesto adicional asociado con cualquier Modificación de reserva.
Usted es responsable de sus propios actos y omisiones y también es responsable de los actos y omisiones de cualquier persona a la que invite a unirse o proporcionar acceso a cualquier Alojamiento. Usted es responsable de dejar un Alojamiento (y propiedad personal relacionada) en la condición en que estaba cuando llegó, (ii) usted es responsable de pagar todos los montos razonables de Reclamación por daños necesarios para cubrir los daños que usted, sus invitados o sus mascotas causen a un Alojamiento, y (iii) debe actuar con integridad, tratar a los demás con respeto y cumplir con las leyes aplicables en todo momento. Si está reservando para un invitado adicional que es menor de edad o si trae a un menor a un Servicio de Anfitrión, debe estar legalmente autorizado para actuar en nombre del menor y usted es el único responsable de la supervisión de ese menor.
Usted reconoce que muchas actividades conllevan riesgos inherentes y acepta que, en la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, asume todo el riesgo que surja de su acceso y uso de la propiedad de AEROHOLDING S.R.L y cualquier otro servicio relacionado, incluida su estadía en cualquier Alojamiento, participación en cualquier Tour, uso de cualquier otro Servicio de Conserjería. Esto significa que es su responsabilidad investigar una AEROHOLDING S.R.L para determinar si es adecuada para usted. Por ejemplo, Casa Nyüngo Diriá puede conllevar riesgos de enfermedad, lesiones corporales, discapacidad o muerte, y usted asume esos riesgos libre y voluntariamente al elegir participar y reservar.
AEROHOLDING S.R.L podrá cobrar tasas (e Impuestos aplicables) a los Huéspedes por el derecho de uso de la propiedad. Los cambios de tarifa no afectarán las reservas realizadas antes de la fecha de vigencia del cambio de tarifa.
Ni AEROHOLDING S.R.L ni el dueño de la propiedad son responsables por un accidente causado durante su estadía en la propiedad, cualquier peligro de daño, enfermedad, ahogamiento o muerte es asumido totalmente por el huésped y todos los acompañantes.
